Single sign-on (SSO)
Set up single sign-on for an Enterprise team.
SSO lets your team sign in to Jellypod through your company’s identity provider, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, or OneLogin. Jellypod works with SAML 2.0 and OIDC providers. SSO is included only on the Enterprise plan; other team settings are in Teams.
Set up SSO
The Jellypod team sets up SSO for you; there’s no SSO setting in Studio.
Contact Jellypod
Click Book a demo on the Enterprise page.
Bring in your IT contact
Setup needs changes on your identity provider’s side, so involve the person who manages it and have its metadata or configuration details ready.
Once SSO is on, members sign in through your identity provider and are provisioned on first sign-in, with no invitation needed.
Members and seats
SSO members count toward your organization’s seats, and each one is an Admin or a Member (see Roles and permissions). Which profile fields they can edit is in Profile and security. For questions, contact support.
