Submit to podcast apps

Get your podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and more.

Submit your podcast’s RSS feed to each platform once; after approval, every episode you publish reaches that platform through the feed.

Before you start

You need a plan with distribution: Starter, Creator, Business, or Enterprise, not Educator (see plan limits). The podcast must be Public, because platforms read your feed without signing in; otherwise the dialog shows Make podcast public (see podcast visibility). It also it needs at least one published episode. You also need an account with each platform.

Open the distribution dialog

  1. On your podcast in the Studio, click the Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or Amazon Music badge below the header. The Distribute on dialog has a copy field for your feed URL.
  2. Follow the platform steps below. Approval usually takes a few hours.
  3. Once approved, paste the platform’s link to your podcast into Save your (platform) podcast link and click Save link, so listeners find it on your website.

If episodes go missing later, see episodes not showing in apps.

Spotify

Add your feed

Sign in to Spotify for Podcasters. If there is no place to submit a feed, click the upper-right icon and choose Add a new show. Click Find an existing show and paste your RSS feed URL.

Submit and verify

Review the details and submit. Jellypod forwards Spotify’s verification email to you.

Apple Podcasts

Add a show

Sign in to Apple Podcasts for Creators at podcasters.apple.com (the Jellypod dialog calls it Apple Podcasts Connect). Click the plus (+) icon, choose New Show, then Add a show with an RSS feed.

Submit

Paste your RSS feed URL, review the details, and save it for approval.

If approval is slow, check that the podcast has a published episode and that its cover art is square, between 1400x1400 and 3000x3000 pixels.

AI disclosure

Apple’s content guidelines (section 1.11, read on 2026-10-18) require you to disclose synthetic voices prominently in the content and metadata of each episode and show, or Apple may label or remove the content, or suspend or terminate the account. Say it in the episode and in your show notes, for example: “This episode uses synthetic voices made with Jellypod.” Spotify has no podcast disclosure requirement. See content ownership.

YouTube

Add your feed

In YouTube Studio, click Create, choose New Podcast, click Submit RSS feed, and paste your RSS feed URL.

Verify ownership

Follow YouTube’s ownership steps and click Send Code. Jellypod forwards the email to you; paste the code into YouTube.

The feed carries audio and cover art only, so YouTube shows your cover art as a still image. To put video Episodes on YouTube, link the podcast to a YouTube podcast playlist instead.

Amazon Music and Audible

In Amazon Music for Podcasters, click Add your podcast, choose I have a podcast, paste your RSS feed URL, and follow the prompts to verify ownership and submit. Approval typically takes 24 to 48 hours, after which the podcast also appears on Audible.

Verification email

Each podcast’s RSS feed carries its own forwarding address, so platforms never see your real email. Jellypod forwards verification codes and ownership confirmations to your account email after security checks; forwarding requires an active subscription. To also receive sponsorship offers, performance reports, and other mail, choose categories in podcast email preferences.

If one does not arrive, check spam, then contact support naming the sender.
