Notification preferences

Choose which emails Jellypod sends you.

Email preferences are on Settings → Notifications, alongside the other account settings.

Email categories

Turn each category on or off: Getting Started (onboarding tips), Product Updates (new features), Tips & Tutorials, and Offers & Promotions (discounts and special offers).

Tips & Tutorials also covers activity emails, at most one a day: audience milestones, a nudge to finish a draft Episode, a monthly recap of plays, and a re-engagement email after 30 days without a render or published Episode, plus a one-time request to review Jellypod on G2. Turning the category off stops all of these.

Manage emails without signing in

The unsubscribe link in a marketing email opens Email preferences, with the same category switches. Each change saves on its own. If the link is no longer valid, sign in and use Settings → Notifications. Transactional emails, such as password resets, team invitations, and billing receipts, can’t be turned off.

New episode emails

The New episode emails toggle stops the “episode is now live” and “episode scheduled” emails across all your Podcasts.

To stop them for one Podcast and its team, choose Advanced from the Podcast’s actions menu, turn off New episode emails, and click Save (see Advanced settings). While your personal toggle is off, the per-Podcast toggle is disabled unless it’s already on.

Podcast email preferences

One set of Podcast email preferences applies to every current and future Podcast in your workspace. It controls which messages sent to the forwarding address in each RSS feed are forwarded to you; emails from Jellypod aren’t affected.

Category Covers Starts
Business opportunities Sponsorships, paid ad placements, acquisition offers On
Performance & platform updates Audience reports, rankings, distribution status, account notices On
Collaborations & listener messages Guest invitations, cross-promotion, feedback, questions On
Marketing & promotions Someone selling something to you Off
Other messages Anything that fits no other category Off

Allow all optional emails and Block all optional emails switch every category at once. Spam stays off, and phishing and malware protections can’t be disabled. Verification codes and ownership confirmations still get through with optional categories off, subject to security checks and an active subscription.

Attachments and remote images are removed from forwarded messages. Messages that are too large, or that the filter can’t confidently assess, are blocked. If an expected message doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then contact support.
