Archive a podcast
Hide a podcast from your list without taking it offline.
Archiving hides a Podcast in the Studio while everything public stays live, which suits a Podcast you are pausing. It is one of the ways to manage Podcasts in AI Podcasts.
Archive a podcast
Open the Podcast’s actions menu (three-dot icon), select Archive Podcast, and confirm.
You return to the Podcasts list, where the Podcast is hidden. Reopened, it shows an Archived badge, and a This podcast is archived notice replaces the episode composer.
What stays and what changes
Archiving never changes Visibility. The website, RSS feed and share links keep working, published Episodes stay published, and directories such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts keep serving the Podcast. Automations that target it keep running, including inbound-email ones. To change what is public, see Podcast visibility.
In the Studio, the Podcast leaves your active Podcasts list and the Podcast picker for new Episodes and Automations. Upload Audio stays in the actions menu; see Upload your own episode.
Unarchive a podcast
Open the archived Podcast and click Unarchive Podcast, in the archived notice or the actions menu. The Podcast returns to your active list with no content or settings lost.
Find an archived podcast
Click the filter icon at the top of the Podcasts page and, under Status, choose Archived or All. Active, the default, hides archived Podcasts.
Sort by offers Episode Count (default, most Episodes first), Plays (most all-time plays first, podcasts without analytics last), Recent episodes (newest Episode first) and Alphabetical. Your choices are saved in the page URL, so they survive a refresh.
Archive is not delete
To remove one Episode instead, see Manage episodes.
