The Videos library in the sidebar holds every video, short and Voiceover; [choose a video product](/choosing-a-video-product) compares them.

## Libraries and card actions

Your Series appear above All Videos, which lists every item, including those in a Series. Search by title, filter by format, switch between grid and list views, and sort by most recently updated (the default), alphabetically or by creation date.

Anything you create from inside a Series joins it.

Every card has a Share button for the public link, embed code and Download, and a ••• menu with Edit, Rename (up to 255 characters), Duplicate and Delete. Duplicate makes an editable copy of a video or short that has finished generating, titled "(Copy)" followed by the original title, without regenerating anything or using credits; Voiceovers cannot be duplicated. Delete permanently removes the item, its renders and its AI-generated media, at any stage. Inside the editor, it is in the ••• menu in the script panel.

Delete cannot be undone. A finished item cannot be fully regenerated, and a replacement is charged in full.

### Card statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Generating | Narration and visuals are being produced, or a background job such as a visual regeneration is running. |
| Preparing | Script, visuals and music are done, and a render is in progress. |
| Regenerating audio... | Narration is regenerating in the background. The card still opens. |
| Needs visuals | The visuals did not finish. The draft and narration are saved. |
| Needs attention | Generation failed and can be retried. |
| Cannot be finished | Another attempt would fail the same way. The card says what to change. |

Failed cards show Retry generation or a fix button such as Add credits or Review sources; [video generation failures](/video-generation-failures) explains each and what it costs. Click a generating card to follow progress and read the script as it arrives, and open a finished item in the [video editor](/video-editor).

## Organize videos into Series

A Series is a named group of videos, shorts and Voiceovers. Each item belongs to at most one Series, and a Series cannot contain another.

- Click New Series and name it. If your organization has [Brand Kits](/brand-kits#on-a-series), choose the Series' Brand Kit here or later from its menu.
- Use an item's ••• menu to Move to Series or Remove from Series. Removing it keeps it in All Videos.
- Use the Series' ••• menu to rename or delete it. Deleting a Series keeps its items, ungrouped.

## Share, render and download

Creating or editing a video saves an editable draft without rendering. Rendering is free; credits are charged only when narration or visuals are generated (see [understanding credits](/getting-started/understanding-credits)).

- Share gives a public link and embed code that follow your latest saved edits, without a render. The share page plays a current export when one exists, and the saved timeline otherwise. Wait for edits to finish saving before you send the link.
- Download in the editor saves pending edits and renders fresh. Download from a library card's Share dialog reuses an existing render when it matches the latest saved version, and waits if a render is already running. Unchanged narration and visuals are reused.
- Choose Download Video (MP4). Business and Enterprise workspaces also get Download as SCORM, which renders fresh and downloads a ZIP with learner progress, completion tracking and resume for your LMS; see [SCORM exports](/scorm-exports).

If the saved audio does not match your latest narration or Voices, Jellypod asks whether to export the current audio; see [choose which audio to render](/podcasts-and-episodes/downloading-video-and-audio#choose-which-audio-to-render). Missing narration can export with the audio already on the timeline, but missing visuals must be fixed first.

Right after a render, the file can take a few minutes to package, and Download shows Still preparing; try again shortly. If a render fails or times out, Download shows an error, and clicking it again starts a new render.

The public share page shows the Jellypod logo and a Start creating banner that links to signup.

## Embed a video

Open Share and copy the embed code below the link. It is an iframe sized to the item's orientation:

| Portrait | 360x640 |
| Square | 480x480 |

The frame keeps its aspect ratio, so change the width to fit your layout. Paste it anywhere that accepts HTML iframes. The player supports fullscreen and picture-in-picture.
