title: Podcast website
description: Customize the website Jellypod hosts for your podcast.
---

Every podcast gets a hosted website at `yourshow.jellypod.com`, where each episode you [publish](/publishing-and-distribution) appears. To serve it from your own address, add a [custom domain](/publishing-and-distribution/custom-domains). A [Private podcast](/publishing-and-distribution/podcast-visibility) has no website; its pages return 404.

The site lists published episodes newest first for Episodic podcasts and oldest first for Serial (set Episode order in Advanced, from the podcast's actions menu), grouped by [season](/podcasts-and-episodes/podcast-seasons) when it has seasons.

## Customize the site

Open the podcast and click Edit Website. The editor previews changes live and saves as you go.

- Template: Spotlight, Editorial, Broadcast, Conversation, or Magazine. Switching templates never changes your content.
- Podcast Title and Podcast Description also change your RSS feed and directory listings.
- Brand accent is read-only and comes from the podcast's [Brand Kit](/brand-kits#on-a-podcast), or the Organization default. Click Manage Podcast Brand to change colors and fonts.
- Settings opens website settings, including Show transcripts.

## Episode pages

Each episode page has an audio player, title, and description, with the video above the player if the podcast publishes video for the episode. The transcript appears below when Show transcripts is on and the episode has a published transcript. To play episodes on another site, [embed the player](/publishing-and-distribution/embedding-your-podcast).

## Add social links [#social-links]

Open the podcast's actions menu, choose Distribution, fill in Social links, and click Save. Only Contact Email, Website, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord are displayed, as icons in the page footer and in the header of the Conversation template. Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X are saved but not shown.

## QR code

On the podcast page, click QR Code next to the distribution badges, or the same button in Share, then Download QR Code. The code links to your website, on your custom domain if you have one. For a single episode, use that episode's Share dialog. Print codes at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide so they scan reliably.

## Remove Jellypod branding

On Starter and Educator, the footer reads "This podcast is brought to you by Jellypod, Inc." and episode pages show a "created with Jellypod" banner. Creator, Business, and Enterprise remove Jellypod branding from your website, RSS feed, and embed player as soon as you upgrade, with no toggle (see [plan limits](/account-and-billing/plans-and-pricing#plan-limits)).
