## Settings tabs

| Page | What it holds |

| Overview | A welcome page with your plan, credit balance, recent activity, and shortcuts to Team, Billing, API & MCP, and Docs. |
| Profile | Your profile, sign-in security, Sessions, and Privacy preferences. Admins also see Delete account. |
| Notifications | Email Notifications and workspace-wide Podcast forwarding preferences. |
| Team | Seats, Team name, Members, and, for Admins, Delete team. |

| Usage | Credits per day and the CSV or JSON export. Admins and members with billing permission. |
